Welcome to the CBC Monkstown Park Junior School website. CBC Monkstown Park Junior School is an independent, fee-paying, primary school, in the Catholic tradition, catering for pupils from Junior Infants to Sixth Class. Each child is individually known to the Principal and staff and is educated in a warm, caring and happy atmosphere. Our pupils learn, grow and work together in an environment of co-operation and mutual respect. As a small Junior School we recognise the uniqueness of each pupil and strive to develop their potential to the full. The Soccer leagues have commenced.. 3rd 4th 5th and 6th classes are involved in the Euro 2012 Championships. The boys are enjoying the competition which is always keenly contested! 
Well done to Ben from 5th class who was awarded PE Student of the Year.
At Assembly
Mr. Molloy thanked our'Milkmen' for all their good work during the year and presented them with a thank you treat. 
Congratulations to the boys from Second Class who made their First Holy Communion last Saturday. They were great representatives of their families, their teacher Mrs Farrell and of the school.See our News from Second Class for more photographs.
A big thank you to the parents committee who decorated the hall so beautifully and made the day so special and to everyone who helped.
The boys got a lovely suprise when the Heineken Cup arrived at the school a few days before the final. See our gallery page for more photographs of the cup.
Sixth Class held their sale of work on Wednesday 23rd May. They had different kinds of foods available along with mini golf competitions and penalty shootouts. They raised 532 euro for the Edmund Rice Fund. Well done boys! See the gallery page for more photographs.
The Final of the Chess competition took place on 15th May. There was great interest in the competition and the final was a closely contested affair. Congratulations to Eoin Fitzgerald who won and to Eoghan Healy the runner up.
