Swimming
Swimming takes place in the Monkstown Pool and Leisure Centre during school hours. Instruction from qualified coaches begins in Senior Infants and continues to Sixth Class.

Drama
There is a strong drama tradition within the school with regular concerts in which the children participate. The Irish board of Speech and Drama holds annual examinations in the college itself.

Computers
Children are introduced to computers at an early age with simple programmes designed to help learn basic reading and maths skills, progressing from Junior Infants through to more complicated programmes up to Sixth Class where they become familiar with the Senior School computer system.

Activity Club
An Activity Club where children may participate in a variety of sports after school hours each Friday.

Study period
Study period is available each Monday to Thursday (3-4 p.m.) where children may seek help with their homework if necessary.

Tennis
Tennis is coached from Junior Infants to Sixth Class. Students use the excellent facilities of Monkstown Lawn Tennis Club located beside the school.

Photography
There are also regular photography competitions open to all boys from Second to Sixth Class
